Good products are healthy, clean and risk-free . For these reasons, they are highly appreciated by the market
and they mean better sales.
On the other hand, when a product is polluted, in bad shape, or it simply does not meet sanitary standards, the company's image and reputation ends up being harmed.
Consumers trust in the companies and their reputation, assuming that all their processes are conducted by specialized personnel, and under the best hygienic conditions.
Legal problems may result in severe and costly legal proceedings.
For all these reasons being able to keep the highest hygiene standards is very important for any company.

Canelones – Uruguay, November 2017.
Existing CIP analysis and report is carry out. The necessary improvements are proposed to increase its efficiency and enable automatic operation. Implemented improvements involved, changing pumps, adding valves, minor pipping changes and new control instrumentation. Pump changes allowed a substantial improve of tank cleaning, while the new instrumentation granted a better information record and decision making accordingly. Pipping and equipment cleaning routines were programmed in PLC and HMI. Cleaning times reduction, energetic, water and chemical savings was accomplished.
Colonia – Uruguay, November 2017.
We worked together with our client to select the appropriate instrumentation in order to get the information their process require. Selection of the right fittings for the installation was required and we also design those fittings that were not standard. Mechanical and electrical drawings to install the equipment were supplied. In this particular case, a hygienic assembly was not require but instruments needed to be clean, this was taken into account when fittings were selected as well as in selecting auxiliary equipment and in detail engineering. A final inspection of the installation was made in order to verify it was as specified.

Design and supply of Lagafors equipment for open plant cleaning. With the new centralized system for medium pressure water and chemical dosage we obtain big savings in detergents and water consumptions. The equipment granted a 0,1% precision in detergents dosage. Meanwhile by having concentrate chemicals out of production areas and by minimising handling we make a safer operation. By increasing the water pressure to 20bar, it was possible to reduce the cleaning and rinsing times of the plant surfaces.
